STAGE OF RESOLUTION OF THE FINANCING REQUESTS

Multiannual de minimis aid scheme to support SMEs in the municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna county (consolidated form including the original form approved by HCL. 116/2021 and the amendments made by HCL. 458/2021 and the amendment made by HCL. 87/2022)

The Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, has developed, for the year 2023, the de minimis aid for SMEs based in Sfântu Gheorghe. The aid aims at reimbursing part of the tax paid for the year 2023 on buildings located in the municipality, owned by SMEs, having their headquarters/workplace in Sfântu Gheorghe (including those established under Law 1/2005 on the organization and functioning of cooperatives). Reimbursement of the tax on buildings will be made in the form of de minimis aid granted by Sfântu Gheorghe City Hall on the basis of projects submitted by eligible applicants. The administrator of the de minimis aid scheme is the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Applications for funding will be submitted EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE, via the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry website (www.ccicv.ro). Applications for funding can be submitted between 18 May at 9.00 a.m. and 15 October at midnight. Applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.

Applications for reimbursements will be submitted EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE via the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry website (www.ccicv.ro). Applications for funding can be submitted between 18 May 9.00 and 15 October 24.00. Applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.
